In template header there are no plugin css and js links. They are build dynamically (?)

Just in case:
Previously, to solved the issue the plugin was (1)reactivated and (2)reinstalled to the latest version.Now:
jquery.min.js was overwritten to 1.8.1 (latest, 1.9.1 does the same) version in header –> plugin stops adding product items to the card.
