Okay, so I need to log on to ftp://paperless.co.za?
Though my account details does not seem to work? I did not set up the site initially, took it over from web designers for the company, so I apologize if this is stupid questions.
Did they have to set up different credentials to access the FTP?

Hi,
I cannot access that file, as I cannot log on, I have absolutely no access to the site whatsoever.
Everything is straight on wordpress, there is no hosting company?
