Thank You sir for your guidance. I contacted my host and it turns out that it was their so called brute force protection system and they provided me username and password for that now i can login to any of my wordpress accounts with the provided credentials.

Is there any way i can resolve it on my own. I want the problem to be solved ASAP they have a ticket based system and it usually takes days.
