    Hi Roch,

    Thanks for your help.

    That does move the title to the top but now the date and categories cover the caption instead. Also, as you thought, it does mess up the responsive view. It’s OK on a desktop screen but, as the screen is reduced in size and the title starts to take up two lines, the title covers the top of the featured image. Having said that, even without the above additional CSS, the title has the same behaviour but at the bottom of the image before it kicks into single column mode for a very small screen.

    I think I’ll keep it without the additional CSS and write the caption at the start of the body text. I’ve found that I can italicize it so the caption doesn’t appear as the summary text in my recent posts slider, which is useful.

    Hi Roch

    Thanks for looking into it for me.

    An example post is here. I’ve taken the caption off for now but I was using FSM Custom Featured Image Caption widget if that has any bearing.
