Per your direction to the correct table, I solved the problem by exporting the rows from a site that was working into the one that wasn’t and that solved my problem. When would you suggest I visit back for a smooth upgrade? Thanks!

In reply to: [Easy Modal] modal windows on multisite disappearedI was able to delete the old folders of the plugin. That was a hosting issue. But still can’t get it to work on one of the 3 child sites on a multisite network. Can you give me pointers to where to fix in db?

In reply to: [Easy Modal] modal windows on multisite disappearedIt is working in two out of the three sites. I don’t know where to fix this in the database. Also, it won’t allow me to delete the older folders of the plugin. I have renamed them, but can’t delete them. Please advise.

In reply to: [Easy Modal] modal windows on multisite disappearedI was able to get it working again by employing the old plugin folder. But then when I updated the plugin, the same thing happened. The modal windows disappeared and I can’t update using the UPDATE button. Is there a fix so I can update the plugin and still have it work on a multisite? Thanks.
