We installed the last update which, as you had anticipated, would have solved the problem, but to our regret we must highlight how instead the problem has remained as it is.

It begins to become embarrassing again to report to our customer, who asks us daily why his site used to work properly and is now affected by this bug, that the problem has not yet been solved and that it does not depend on our will.

We hope that the problem can be solved as soon as possible, also to restore the credibility and reliability that we have encountered so far in your company.
