Have you received any error messages or emails regarding errors from your WordPress installation? If so, the exact error message(s) would be immensely helpful.Otherwise, let’s try to figure out if there’s a plugin incompatibility. Please try to temporarily deactivate your plugins to check if the issue persists when all plugins are deactivated. If the issue is resolved when your plugins are deactivated, please let us know which plugins you’re using and their versions so that we may attempt to figure out which plugin is causing the incompatibility issue and how to solve it.
If the issue persists regardless of plugins being deactivated, we’ll need to provide you with more targeted assistance. We’d appreciate if you could share some details about your current setup:
- The name and version of your current theme.
- Your WordPress version number.
- Which PHP version you’re using.
- Any issues listed in your WordPress dashboard’s Site Health section (you can find this under Tools -> Site Health)

We’re unable to replicate this issue. Shortcodes appear to work correctly.
Did you lose any data when restoring your website? Are all buttons saved and available in the “Reveal Button” menu section?
If you’ve lost content or if your WordPress installation is not working correctly after you’ve had to recover and restore your website, you might be able to get assistance from your hosting provider to get your website back up and running correctly.Forum: Plugins

I’ve had a look at your site and it appears that the Facebook button is visible. As the button is visible on your site, and as we’ve not been able to reproduce any issues with the Facebook button, I will mark this issue as resolved.

Centering buttons is not currently featured as a setting in the plugin, but it is definitely something we want to implement in the future.
If you contact our developers on our website they may be able to assist you with creating custom CSS for you to center them if you don’t want to wait for a plugin update.Best regards

It looks like none of our plugin files are being loaded on your page. These files are required to style the buttons correctly.
From what I can tell from your link, this issue is happening due to a plugin you’re using to optimize mobile load times.Thank you for your feature request regarding disabling buttons on mobile – we will add it to our to-do list.

Does this happen no matter what data or edits you’re making?
Perhaps there’s been an issue when updating the database setup between versions on your installation.
We’d recommend trying to deactivate and delete the plugin, and then reinstalling it and activating it again. This should make sure that the database setup is up to date.
Your table data will not be lost when doing this. 🙂

The buttons can be displayed anywhere using the included shortcodes. The default text “Share on Social Media” and “Follow us on Social Media” can be changed to a custom message directly in the premium version of the plugin, or in the free version by using a translation plugin.

It looks like you might be using both the shortcode and the “End Of Posts” setting from the plugin which automatically adds the share buttons at the end of all posts.
If you’d like to disable this setting, head to “Superb Social Media Buttons -> Share Buttons” from your dashboard.
Under the “General Settings” tab you’ll find a section called “Share Buttons: Posts & Pages”. From here, you can disable “End Of Posts”.Alternatively, you can keep this setting enabled and remove the shortcode from your posts.
