Interaction … if it is enabled, user is allowed to interact with highlighted element … e.g. when it is text box, it allows user to write etc.

Run tour just for logged-in users is done. Please update plugin to latest version 1.6 and in configuration for tour in admin board you can find option for it.

Now there is only url parameter lock, BUT this should not be difficult to make so we can add it to short term dev. process. Also we will ask our developer if there is some work-around till it is implemented. Just to make it clear … are you talking about tour on frontend (not in admin board)?
