Great to hear you found the issue and got it working! You’re absolutely right — the table needs to be properly initialized when placed inside tabs for it to display correctly.

Feel free to reach out if you run into any other problems. We’re here to help!

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting this issue. We’re aware of this problem with certain languages — WordPress’s built-in kses method treats those apostrophes as potentially harmful, so it automatically adds escaping backslashes when you save.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a quick fix for this at the moment. However, I’ve escalated this to our development team so they can take another look at possible solutions.

We appreciate your patience, and we’ll keep you updated if we find a workaround.

    Hi,

Thanks for the detailed information and for trying those troubleshooting steps. Since the icon list isn’t loading even after all that, this looks like it needs deeper investigation on our end.

Could you please submit a support ticket through our website? That way our team can look into your specific setup and help get those icons loading properly.

    Hi,

Could you clarify which specific element is throwing the warning? That way I can provide you with the exact solution. Is it a script tag, an iframe, an image, or something else?

    Thanks!

    Hello, @jjwr11

Thanks for reporting this. What’s happening here is not an issue with the Pricing Table by Supsystic plugin itself, but with the WP Cerber security plugin.

After the update, WP Cerber is mistakenly treating some of the plugin’s JS and CSS files as restricted resources, so it blocks requests to them. When those files are blocked, the pricing tables can’t load their styles and scripts properly — which is why the plugin doesn’t work as expected.

    How to fix this:

    1. In your WP admin, go to WP Cerber → Security Rules (or the tab where you configure access restrictions).
    2. Add the following plugin paths to the “safe/whitelisted” list so they are not blocked:
      • /wp-content/plugins/pricing-table-by-supsystic/modules/tables/js/frontend.tables.js
      • /wp-content/plugins/pricing-table-by-supsystic/modules/tables/js/modal.js
      • /wp-content/plugins/pricing-table-by-supsystic/modules/tables/js/
      • /wp-content/plugins/pricing-table-by-supsystic/js/responsiveText.js
      • /wp-content/plugins/pricing-table-by-supsystic/css/jquery.icheck.css
    3. Clear your cache/CDN if you’re using one, then reload the page.

Once those files are whitelisted, the pricing table plugin will work normally again.

    Hello,
On mobile devices the plugin automatically reformats tables for easier readability, which is why you’re seeing the columns stack vertically in portrait mode.

To keep the table always displayed in its original format (and allow horizontal scrolling instead), please go to the table settings and select the “Horizontal Scroll” display option. With this enabled, the table won’t be restructured on mobile — users will simply be able to scroll sideways to see all the columns.

This way, the table will look consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

    Hello, @hashirama244

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Failed to connect to server

Isn’t actually a bug in the Contact Form by Supsystic plugin itself — it means that PHPMailer (which WordPress uses under the hood) could not establish a connection to your SMTP server.

    1. Double-check your SMTP settings

    • Host: Use the correct SMTP server (e.g., smtp.gmail.com, smtp.office365.com, etc.).
    • Port: Usually 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL).
    • Encryption: Must match the port (TLS with 587, SSL with 465).
    • Username / Password: Make sure credentials are correct and the mailbox is active.

    2. Verify server/network connectivity

    • Ensure your web host allows outbound SMTP connections.
👉 Many shared hosting providers block port 25 and sometimes even 465/587.
    • To test, try running: telnet smtp.gmail.com 587 from the server. If it times out, your host is blocking the connection. In that case, you’ll need to contact your hosting support or use an alternative mailer service.

    Hi, @jcurtisclark

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had a disappointing experience with us.

Could you please let us know where exactly you saw information suggesting that this gallery type is not part of the PRO version? On the plugin’s main page, the comparison table clearly shows that this gallery type is included in PRO.

    Photo Gallery properties

If we’ve unintentionally misled you somewhere, we’d truly appreciate it if you could point it out so we can fix it and make things clearer for everyone.

Looking forward to your reply 🙏
