Please note that the purge functionality works for websites hosted on servers managed by SureSupport that use the “Server-side Caching” feature available in the hosting Control Panel.
If your website is hosted on such a server, and the plugin is not working for you, please contact the SureSupport team by submitting a support ticket. This is the best way to report any issues and to get expert technical assistance for your specific website.
