ok thanks esmi..wt should i do…for developing custom theme as client requirement(given index.php and style.css)..should i use default theme..or own custom..which only use functions of wordpress..and own template..as homt-template.php , content.php..etc..
go to your admin dashboard..and go setting->reading ..then you can see..front page setting..first one give u display you latest post..and second one give you static front page or post..you can choose from drop box.i.e pages.or post..
