    i found the problem
    it is a plugin problem. its called ( Custom Ads Sidebar )
    i installed wordpress on my new domian to find out what the problem is actually. on my new domain when i install this plugin. my media stoped working. but when i deactivate and delete this plugin on my new domain media is working fine on it now.
    but on my old domain i have already deleted this plugin. then i again install this plugin on my old domain and deactive the plugin and delete it. but problum is still there. on my old domain i dont have installed any plugin. but media is still not working. i think the plugin is not deleted completely.

    and these are the error i see in my admin panel

    yes its working in my new site but y its not working in the old site.
    do u know some one in ur wordpress team who can fix it. or where i cango to make it fix?

    @esmi there are so many bugs in my new site. post thumbnail problum slider not working and pages settings and post settings and alot of problum bcoz of theme . i did set my old site in a very long time. and now when it just get perfect i had problum with the media uploader.
    this is a bad idea to delete my all old data and add new wordpress bcoz it messed up my all work. after doing this all atlest we know the peoblum was not with the server problum is with the wordpress media uploader. now can you please help me setting up my media uploader. coz this is the only best onption the i fix it. and i must want to fix it in any conditon you just point the files in which problum should be we can just add the fresh copy of these file instead of uploading the whole script..

    if u tell me before its that deficult i never try to set my problum this way. anyway i will give it a try but im sure i will be able to done with it. if i need ur help i will ask you and thanks alot to help me till that point. 🙂

    ok when its done then how can i make this my main site i mean then i just need to delete my all old file and need to add this word press in to the main folder / root of my ftp?

    yes i just did to my new site. now see my new sit. i did get my all post and all my media and all my pages back.

    ok now i did import the xml file into the new sub domain but i cant see any post in my posts. and there is nothing get imported in my new wordpress. this is the messege i recieve when the upload is completed.

    ok every thing is set up ,
    i created a new sub domain
    test.updatestube.com
    check it and worpress is working fine in this sub dmain now how do i creat all the back up and add all media and theme setings in this wordpress sub domain. its relly confusing now. please help 🙁

    i really have no idea what you talking about.. sub folder .. i dont know how to make a sub folder .. u meant to say is just create a folder in my same ftp account where i have the old worpress already??
    and then add the new wordpress files in this folder. then nothing is gona happen coz when i will visit my link i will get the same old site. how will i go to my new wordpress directory in browser to install it. and then restore my all backup.. its very confusing for me. can you please help me with doing this. bcoz i relly cant do it and im stuck here bcoz i cant do anything in my wordpress.

    @esmi can you please confirm all the steps im going to do are fine.
    any advice b4 i do it. bcz i dont want to lose my data in any condition i spend alot of time to make it.

    i will create an xml file for my All content.in which
    Posts Pages Slides Items Templates are include.
    and then i will delete my all data in worpress from ftp. and then i will install new worpress. and then i will import my xml file.
    will my site atlest get my all data back?
    mdia files and post and page and theme ??

    please tell me if i am doing it rite then i will start it now

    esmi i got the reply from my support they said:

    Dear Client,

    This is *not* a server issue, this is most likely caused by a wrong configuration
    or wrong folder and/or file permissions.

    We assume that the permissions are set to high, most likely to 777. This is
    already mentioned in the error message: “is writeable by group”.

    Usually folders and executable scripts are set to 755 and static files are set to 644.
