Hi,
I waited for new orders to see if the problem was resolved.
First week went good, but the problem reoccurred for a client.Can I send someone the logs to help figure out the problem ?
It is affecting sales and client experience on our shop, some people retry the payement process a few times and send a email but others drop the order and don’t come back.

I forgot : should I also exclude cookies related to payment/shipping ?

The error message is not a browser message (it is a woocommerce notice), and is in french but it translates more or less like this :
“This order cannot be paid. Please contact us if you need assistance”I realize a plugin evolved with a cache option that I didn’t notice, I just added cart and order paths to urls excluded from cache. We’ll see if this resolves the problem but thank you for your advice !
