Actually only updating WordPress didn’t solved the issue, but updating all the plugins yes (I think Polylang and Elementor were pretty important to update).

Thanks, that didn’t solved the problem but updating to 6.4.2 and updating also all the plugins yes!

@threadi thank you for your answer. I have a lot of customized fields in Polylang. Can I disable the plugin without loosing all the customization?
