Figured it out. IE didn’t like the images to be too large. I reduced the size and now it works!!

I’ve 6 code errors. Not sure how that is affecting IE.
The images for background are currently too big. We are adjusting that at the moment.
But I still do not understand how the code errors are affecting the sidebar and footer background image. I matched every opening DIV with a closing DIV.
