Try with reapplying the settings of Watermark RELOADED. Maybe some other plugin was messing with other plugins’ settings.

Yes the image caching can sometimes play tricks, simple Ctrl + F5 should resolve many issues 🙂
That’s indeed strange, could you look in error.log and see if there are any errors related to watermark-reloaded.
Maybe also check if plugin is conflicting with some other plugin on your site by disabling all other plugins.

Well the overall purpose of this plugin is that all users see the available space, so if I change the functionality to your suggested one, some users may not like it.

I also dug into the code and saw that everything is in right order:
- success mail is sent to customer
- success mail is sent to admin
Maybe the e-mails should be sent with a little pause in between. If you need any help debuging contact me.
