Thank you @kaavyaiyer, yes you’re right, it’s the core/link component.
I try to find out any possibilities to modify it, maybe by editing the base code.

Thanks for the tutorial, but that will not help unfortunately.
I need the “Open in New Tab” option to be toggled on by default.
