Hello, I hope you are doing well! The default registration of new users is disabled in WordPress by default, Once you enable that from wp-admin > Settings > General
After that you will need to enable registration in RepairBuddy by going to wp-admin >> RepairBuddy settings > Pages Setup > Find option, Turn on Customer Registration
Once these two options are enabled your registration form will active. But i don’t recommend you to use it without proper security, Cause WordPress registration forms bring a lot of SPAM users which can mix up your real customers with SPAM customers. So use it but with care and proper security!
Good luck. When you create a Customer in RepairBuddy they will receive their login details and their account will be created automatically.
That sounds a great feature to be included in RepairBuddy we have taken it’s note and i hope we can build it up soon in future thanks for your time to share this..
Deactivate plugin and then reactivate it, This problem will resolve and your user will get capabilities needed thanks.

We do not allow Quantity as decimal in Products if you are using WooCommerce products or parts as they are quantity based thanks.

Hello there was some problem with credits, in both cases either you are using credits or devices you have to connect device with SMSchef thats why the Devices option is more reliable. So i recommend you to use that. Also SMS feature is not available in free version you should communicate through premium support forum!

Hey yes of course the search feature in backend for products let you search products by SKU or product name both so you can try it. Go to wp-admin >> RepairBuddy >> Jobs >> Add new and in Products section search product by SKU it will work fine!
Hi,
We have updated the plugin now each device will load its own service section which will have prices related to that device or brand.
The plugin also now let you select Other in manufactures if the brand is missing from the list.
The plugin will also let you select other from devices if the device is missing from the list of selected brand’s devices.

So there is no email for customer . There is no other way thanks.
