In reply to: [The GDPR Framework By Data443] Adjust Plugin Settings After WizardI figured it out! I’m so happy because now I can use your plugin. 🙂
Step 1: Reset the Wizard
Step 2: DO NOT set a Privacy Policy page unless you want that checkbox to show.
Step 3: Set the Privacy Tools page and insert the tools shortcode.Voila! Now I can use another plugin to record comment consents and your plugin for the personal data. 🙂

In reply to: [The GDPR Framework By Data443] Adjust Plugin Settings After WizardSpent more time going through the plugin again today and there doesn’t seem to be a way to just use the Privacy Tools page and NOT the comments consent checkbox.

In reply to: [The GDPR Framework By Data443] Adjust Plugin Settings After WizardThank you! That was helpful. I had been looking for the plugin name under “Settings” or “Tools,” and also checked the Plugins page for a “settings” link under the plugin info. 🙂
I found the “Consent” tab for the GDPR framework settings page, but it doesn’t give me an option to turn off the comments checkbox. I see the default consent type but it doesn’t appear to be editable.
Also, one more question:
There is a plugin that requires people to confirm their email before they can delete user data. However with your plugin it looks like someone can just delete their data without confirming their identity? (It would be odd for someone to randomly delete another user’s data, but I figured it was worth asking about this.)
Also, if I try to submit a bug report via W3TC I get a “permissions” error so unfortunately I can’t send in a bug report.
Update: It appears that this issue is W3TC related and not MaxCDN related. If I disable all caching except CDN then my site works as it should. But as soon as page caching is enabled the homepage stops showing the most recent posts.
