I know this is not your issue, but do you know what could I look for that would be causing the issue with the layout? The child theme only includes css styling to the parent theme.

You are welcome! This plugin is amazing. I found another issue with my site. When you go to the category here: http://www.swimfunpoolsupplies.com/product-category/pool/, without filtering the attributes, my menu appears like this:

Then after I filter an attribute, it looks like this:

The products in the menu are shown using the WooCommerce product sku shortcode. Is there a way to keep the menu items the original even after filtering the attributes? The menu is Ubermenu.

The filter was very heavily styled. I have removed all CSS styling. You can see it here: http://www.swimfunpoolsupplies.com/product-category/pool/
