A possible quick fix (not total fix but still could be powerful) would be an understanding how to add the ID numbers to control that they are showing in the shortcode of the forms… for example [rooms = ID “65”] … if you can explain the best way to represent this… we could just demonstrate rooms as hotels and if we want two rooms to display… it would be [rooms = “ID 65″,”ID 67”] … it seems the calendar would already work as we can just choose the appropriate room for the calendar… but we don’t want all the possible rooms to show when they are filing out the form…
