Thank you for your fast reply.
I have already cleared the cache and tried incognito or other browser as you can see from the images below. I also include an image showing that the Default popup has been cleared. I have already tried deleting the plugin and installing it again but nothing changes. Every new popup I create is not shown.
Isn’t it possible that the problem is generated by this morning’s plugin update? Because on other sites with older versions it works correctly.
