Chrome v. 60.0 64 bit – no problem !!
Firefox v. 54.0.0 32 bit – no problem !!So, I can deal with this especially that I prefer working with Chrome anyway !!
It just did happen that I was using IE yesterday when I found the problem.

In reading other forum questions, what I have is similar to the topic “Textedit destroyed” entered by Andrew 5 days ago. When he says “white text appears on a white background in the visual text editor, so nothing is visible. The toolbar is also missing, as well as the side rails.” …
I can confirm that if I select all (CTRL + A) in the visual editor I can see all my text highlighted and displayed as html code (as seen on the third screen grab).
