I have rolled back to 4.12.0 and I am still seeding the same error.

Mailpoet is using Version 4.12.1 and Mailpoet premium is Version 4.12.0

Are you saying roll back Mailpoet to 4.12.1 to 4.12.0?

Ok so that worked but I had to do a hard refresh, when it synchronised the tick went yellow but the page stayed with the error until I refreshed.

I am getting the same issue.

Errors:
2022-03-21 15:49:18: Error occurred while checking account status. Error: JSON_DECODE_ERROR
2022-03-21 15:49:18: Error occurred while API key validating. Error: Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.

I have clicked Synchronize with Cloud.

Any idea whats going on?
