Thanks for the feedback. The problem is that the “Advance Free Shipping” option settings disappears when we use the latest Woocommerce version.

Unfortunately I did not found the answer nor have a solution. I skipped using the “Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing” plugin and instead created custom fields for pricing per user role.

Since “Product CSV Import Suite” plugin has the “Custom Field with column name” mapping option I set the price custom fields for import.
