And again, I managed to solve the problem on my own 🙂
What I had to do is put this in my Theme’s custom CSS:
#header {min-height: 0px !important;}
And now everything is fine.
Seems like just posting here makes problems get solved, even withour your help!

Actually, one more thing. If you could take a look at the website in a mobile, you will see that where the menu should be, there is currently a grayed out bar (right under the upper header image). Is this normal behavior of hiding an element or is there a way to hide this bar too?
Yes, sorry. It just sort of started working on its own at some point, so was probably a caching issue. Thanks for the great plugin!
