I verified that it would work by manipulation region select dropdown. Maybe in the future allow for custom region string to be entered, that way you wont need to always update the options?
But the sender checker did not work when doing the option manipulation trick, just the actual real settings page. It does however reset when reloading and saving again, which makes sense, and it would be nice to have the region in there to avoid destroying the settings.
