now it’s working…the problem was checkbox id…i was binding click function by id selector that was not working but why? i don’t know. could u tell me? now i’m using class selector or specifying outer div id ( like: jQuery(‘#widget-zsearch-2 .chk_site’).click(function(){});) for binding click function. it’s working.

Here is my requirement.

I have to create multiple sidebar (from custom_sidebar plugin) for leading forms that will be specific for each page also these forms will be categorize such as Short Sales forms and others.

For instance:
I’ve a form for Short Sales category.
Short Sales will be title that I need to get of sidebar.

that’s it.
