I am able to edit text in the side bar, but I’m missing all kind of options (like adding media, adding a link, outlining a text, adding a quote, adding a list, etc). I send you a screen shot of an editing text box that I’m used to: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Wn_OOgfxy2kwuxPZ_MMfkJI4LBo_xDnG. This is the kind of editing box that used to appear in the lower part of my screen when editing text in the customizer.
I hope you understand what I’m looking for.

I can imagine that it might not be very clear, I had trouble explaining myself.

I can only edit the text on the left side bar, which doesn’t give me a lot of possibilities.
Hope my question is clearer now.
