I too have this problem – updated to 4.0.8 and now users get a message saying ” You can’t login until an administrator manually approve your account.”
Please advise urgently – thank you

Hi Yani – many thanks – It is something to do with my inode file usage being over the limit – which is the reason I am changing servers.
I wished I had uploaded the plugin last week.
Great plugin – definitely recommend.
