I do use the plugin, I am currently using YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together, YITH WooCommerce Product Addons, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist, and YITH WooCommerce Cart Messages. Could Product Addons (or any of these) be causing Frequently Bought Together to not work properly?
