Wow amazing thank you, it was a sentence I had added to the “top bar” in Flatsome theme, I just removed it and it’s sorted it, thanks so much.
Not sure why something in the top bar would affect the menu but now I know to be careful of any text I add there!

Can you tell me whether seeing the cache will mean a bad experience for my customers logged in – if they want to see their account page or place an order / look at the cart etc, will this be possible if viewing a cache? Apologies I’m not totally au-fait with how cacheing works.

Hi, thanks for your reply and help.
I don’t know if this is a new setting added since I asked, or whether I just missed it before, but in Theme Options > Advanced > Integrations, there is the tick box: “Remove the last static crumb on single product pages (product title).”
This has solved the problem!
