Godaddy is unable to remove the server rule as it comes part of the Managed WordPress. Under the circumstances, is there anything you can suggest? Would changing the host resolve the issue as I am already contemplating on that?

I am not using any other cache plugin (only Autoptimize which to the best of my knowledge doesn’t work as a cache plugin). However, I am hosted on Godaddy managed wordpress and the host has a cache installed which I do not know how to access. I can try speaking with their call centre and rectify this. I’ll respond to this once, I’ve spoken. So request you to not close the thread till then.
Secondly, I am also seeing in the site health that Unable to detect the presence of page cache. If you could let me know if this could be connected to this issue.
I really do not know how to handle this as I am not a developer. But will get back after speaking with the Godaddy team.
