The fix for this was simply to do a File Sync to fix the file counters. This also fixed the front end issue for all users.
I got the idea from an old thread I found from three years ago. This important note should have been included in the changelog, in my opinion.
Thanks for the suggestion but I realized it was not an issue at all. I overlooked the fact that the free version doesn’t support CPTs.
