Rename your /wp-content/plugins/miniorange-2-factor-authentication/ directory something like:
/wp-content/plugins/Xminiorange-2-factor-authentication/
And then login. Once you are logged in, you should have a message to clear cache – click that. Rename the directory back to how it was and if you are not on the latest miniorange – update. Then you should be all set. That’s what I did at any rate. Hope that helps!
