Great plugin, thanks. BTW, I saw its’ presence on post type lists in wp-admin but didn’t realise how I could use it to create post types other than the default WordPress post.

I’m on WP 3.5.1. The plugin has been installed and working for a year or so and now it tells users they have signed the petition, sends emails, but doesn’t register them in the database.
