mysql 5.0, php 5.3.28i downloaded an errorlogfile from my hoster but i dont know how to open the file?! the filetype is just file?!

In reply to: [Mantra] error after saving changes mantra settingsthx again but there were no plugins installed. so what i did is deleting complete wordpress package from my webspace and reinstalling everything (3.8.1.). but still its the same problem. also tried other mantra versions. no success. is it a mantra problem or sth with my webspace (strato)?
