I would like to report the same issue. Fresh install. Preview works perfectly but popup doesn’t show up on site – no matter what theme I use or plugins I activate/deactivate. Also tried switching loading method – no difference.
Currently using personalised child theme for zerif lite (free) – http://alinawajda.pl/
