Normally other plugins are not loaded while Maintenance page is displayed to prevent errors or unintended content from showing on the Maintenance page while you are working on the website. But once the login form is submitted to the backend, Wordfence does get loaded but does not see the expected payload I assume. I have added to our ToDo list to look into a solution for this, but can’t really give you any estimate on when/if it will be fixed as it’s likely not 5 min.

The element set to be sticky through our plugin is “.gb-element-7dad91d0” but I can’t find that element on the page you mention. Can you tell me which element it should be? Those IDs/Classes are dynamic in some page builders and can change when you make changes to the page.

I can’t think of any other reason. Is error logging enabled? Is there nothing at all showing up around the time you attempt to load the page?

Yes, that is exactly what I imagined. The author box is inserted via shortcode in the author page template. But like I said, picking up the author ID is unreliable on archive templates 🙁

I assume you manually inserted the Simple Author Box in the Author archive page, but that’s not always reliable as Simple Author Box is trying to determine the Author of the current Post/Page and is picking up the author of the page template, not the author being viewed 🙁
That is a valid login point though. If you do not want login on checkout you can disable it in WooCommerce Settings -> Accounts & Privacy -> Enable log-in during checkout
But disabling captcha in one specific login form will not work. As any login attempt will still be verified server side.Forum: Plugins
