In reply to: [Advanced Google reCAPTCHA] reCaptcha not showing on registration page/formJust plain Elementor, no addons for the registration form? Normally any sort of for needs to be integrated by our plugin unless the form/registration flow you are using uses the default WordPress registration form/flow. Otherwise if they use something custom they might sidestep our verification hooks and let the user register without captcha being verified. I have added to our ToDo list to check Elementor integration.

In reply to: [Advanced Google reCAPTCHA] Trigger reCAPTCHA for PayPal integrationThanks for the clarification, I didn’t know the exact process either but I assumed it must be some token that only triggers payment once order is placed, otherwise it would make no sense as customer could change cart contents before they Place the Order.

In reply to: [Advanced Google reCAPTCHA] Trigger reCAPTCHA for PayPal integrationThe way I understood it (probably because we were already working to add this) was that if the order was sent and payment failed, the payment page could be accessed directly to reattempt payment and that page was not getting protected by captcha which would create a hole for card testers to abuse.
But in the case of PayPal I don’t think that applies anyway since it’s a different payment process and they have their own abuse protections.
However if your plugin were to allow processing card payments in a popup before the order was submitted then I guess that would need a captcha to discourage card testing.

In reply to: [WP Reset] Fully resetting site title, WordPress address…?Well, WordPress address, site address need to stay the same otherwise the website won’t be accessible anymore and the other 3 settings you can change on the WordPress General settings page.
Hi have tested on a few of my test website with SiteKit 1.173.0 and External Links 2.63, with the “Display relevant page stats in the Admin bar” setting enabled or disabled and a few other combos and did not see any issue. So it must be an extra factor causing the issue π

In reply to: [Advanced Google reCAPTCHA] reCAPTCHA verification failed: browser-errorI’m not sure, it might be a conflict with something. Please press F12 to open the browser console and let me know if any errors (in red) show up when trying to Validate the captcha.
We will push an update to further protect the payment process in the next couple of days, sorry about the issue π

It’s only used as part of Chart.js … but you are right and we have it on our ToDo to update that π
Hi,
In the Exceptions tab of External Links Settings, for the “Apply settings on” option, can you uncheck All contents and just leave the sub checkboxes checked and let me know if it fixes the issue?
