Thanks for your rapid reply.
I’m afraid I don’t know where to look for the server error logs. I’ve had a look around cPanel and haven’t found anything that looks like your suggestion.
The link to the server configuration utility also doesn’t make any sense to me either.
I know I’m coming across as a complete idiot, but it’s just that this isn’t my area of expertise. Believe it or not, I’m actually quite technically minded, so don’t give up on me yet
