    Hi Andre8111,

We’ve received new details on this issue from our DNS provider, and believe this problem and the error should be gone soon. Take a look at:

Basically, you don’t need to do anything (it’s all nameserver configuration related). The link above has more details.

    Hi,

This seems to be nameserver related. We aren’t sure what happened here, but it seems to have been temporary. Give it a try.

We noticed you took points off in your review because we didn’t respond to this posting. I do apologize for that. Our “official” support pathway is via email – support at tallyopia.com. We’re pretty quick if you contact us that way. You can also go directly to our website for that info.

Your review also mentioned conflicts with other plugins. If you’re still seeing conflicts, email our support with details. We’d want to look into this as well.

    Thanks!

That’s a good idea. We’ll add it to our list of things to do; once we have an ETA on this we’ll update the thread to let you and everyone else know.

    Hi,

I wanted to update you on our Multisite support.

The latest release of Tallyopia includes Multisite support (and multiple site support if you aren’t running multisite but have multiple sites in your Tallyopia.com account).

The first feature in this series is a Live Monitor that watches all the sites in your Tallyopia.com profile. This is a fun report πŸ™‚ We’ll be adding more Multiple site reports in the near future.

This functionality doesn’t require Multisite, but if you do have it we’ve added a Setup menu that makes it easier to copy-and-paste a list of all the websites you manage into your Tallyopia.com profile. We will also look to add more multisite-friendly features to make integration with Tallyopia a little easier for you.

    Requirements:
    – multiple sites registered in your Tallyopia.com account

    Optional:
    – WordPress Multisite installation using sub-domain sites

Let me know if you have any other questions about this. We’d also love to hear your feedback. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you’d like to chat offline or about details concerning your specific site.

We agree that making Tallyopia friendly for webmasters who have multiple sites is a good idea. Multisite friendliness is part of that.

We’re working on a few related features for the next release. These features won’t require Multisite, but they should work well with it to give you functionality you’ll appreciate.

If you’d like to talk about the specific use case you have in mind, send us an email ([email protected]). We’d love to hear your suggestions. We have various ideas in mind and knowing what you’d like to see helps us better focus our development resources.

    Hi,

We haven’t tested it with WordPress Multisite/Networks, but it should work provided these requirements are met:

    – Your configuration needs to use sub-domain sites. Otherwise, Tallyopia would treat sub-folder sites as belonging to one site.

    – Your users need admin rights to their own blogs. This is because the plugin restricts viewing the analytics to administrators. (We may change this in the future to allow non-administrators to view the analytics.)

Is that helpful? Let us know if you try it out and run into any problems.

FWIW, I’m also stuck here. I didn’t have much trouble adding the fields, but I still can’t get them to sort. Something happens to the order when I click on the headings, but I can’t tell what it is.

If anyone has any updates, please post them.
