There is no limit for the visitor quota, we removed that limit.
The quota limitation for the free version is with the amount of page scans.

The free version does not require you to upgrade, and we did remove the visitor quota.
Can you please elaborate a bit more on which quota you are referring to?

The image optimizer is not made to block the media library but to optimize images, and this comment is very concerning to us.
Please open a ticket to our support team so we can investigate this claim.
We know how to resolve it, but there’s more behind the scenes, since we must do tests to make sure it works correctly and does not conflict with any other plugin, hook, or script, and deploying the fix to all connected users must be checked as well, as we do not wish to cause any harm to anyone’s work.
We will deploy a fix soon.
Unfortunately we do not have a solution to this issue yet, but we are working on it.

We are aware of the recent issue with WPML in recent updates, we will release a fix for it, but for now you can rollback to version 3.8.0 which works with WPML.

In the latest versions, we added a clear cache for Ally. When visiting any page in view mode and hovering over the assistant button, there is a clear all cache button. Click it, and it will clear the specific cache.

We did have a small bug with it but it was fixed in the latest versions, please make sure that you have the most recent version by checking the plugins page and clicking update of available.

The features are only active if the visitor clicks one of them, it is not active by default.
The widget itself cannot be hidden until a user wants to use it because there will be no indication to that, but you can assign a button for the widget dynamically anywhere on the page, if you are using elementor editor.
