Hi @webtoffee,
Thanks for the quick fix. I’ll wait for the next release as I’m not very familiar with PHP files & this is not a big matter at the moment.
Cheers
Thanks @webtoffee
Hi @webtoffee,
I’ve updated as you suggested and it now works. Great!
However, I noticed that the pdf version sent by email & available to download (from the “Orders” screen) is different (as though the page layout has been squeezed in) from the version you print out as a PDF manually – eg the Invoice# is split into two lines, “INVOICE# 211215” with “-00103” below it, whereas on the manually printed version, it’s all on 1 line “INVOICE# 211215-00103”.
It’s just a minor thing and I can live with that.
Thanks for the quick fix!! 🙂
Hi,
OK I didn’t do a manual fetch on FB side. I switched back to the orig feed and did the manual fetch. This time all the pricing is updated.
The problem is solved.
Thanks

PeterHi,
Yes, I’ve just emptied my browser’s cache again and tried. I’ve also tried to make a copy of the feed (disabled the original) and ran it a few times. The status still flashes at 0% and then goes back to ready. Please check the debug log, it shows more activity too but on FB shop page it’s still the old prices.
The plugin debug log is at:

Still the same.Regards,
PeterHi,
I seem to have the same problems now. My product prices on Facebook page are not updating. The feed status shows % then back to “Ready”. Before this it was OK. I only have 21 items. PHP etc is all up to spec. I’ve also tried deactivating & deactivating the plugin and also deactivated my LS Cache.
The plugin debug log is at:

Regards,
Peter
