Without looking at your theme or options, its hard to say why.
I am assuming you have gone through the installation steps for the plugin
– creating custom menu
– adding class names
– attaching class names to the menu items.
My understanding is that this plugin hides menus from general site visitors vs. logged in users.
If all your users/admins should not see this tab, then why create the tab in the first place?
If its to hide the tab from the non-logged in users then I can help you set it up.
