I go to pop up builder > edit the pop up > Pop up Display Rules > Select your pages > start typing the page I need and the only thing that comes up is “Announcement” (which is the name of the pop up)

Unfortunately none of that worked. I disabled all plugins and changed the theme and it still doesn’t appear. Any other suggestions?
