Okay, according to @esmexaminer, the code does NOT work, and yes, the button is visible.

More data: the code does NOT work with Elementor either

Although initially it worked, but remains unstable, it regresses when you go up or down on the page

I have included a new Counter Number with the blank css to prevent it from being visible, this way it works normally, can you tell me why it works like this?
