Hi Dmytro,

I did notice that some designs were not the same anymore. Sliders are for example not functioning anymore. Probably because the plugin style is not loading correctly.

I flushed the cache/CDN but how can I make sure your style loads correctly

My appologies

I figured it out.

.bapf_limg is another class for the loading img

so adding the CSS
.bapf_limg {
position: fixed;
top: 50%;
left: 50%;
}

is a solution. Thank you for the plugin

To go further into it.

Polylang has the option to choose how different languages get separated in your URL

We went for the option of adding a languagecode in your URL

ex. google.com/FR/…
and google.com/EN/…

This is the cause of the issue. If you go for another setup
no languagecode and just a name or a number for a page there is no issue.

Unfortunatly this setup of our URLs is too deeply rooted into our website and other we can no longer change this.

Your Plugin stays top of the line talking about quality user/member plugins.

Sorry for the late reply.
We did a plugin conflict test and the reason of UM not functioning properly is because of the plugins

°Polylang
°Polylang Pro
°Polylang Woocommerce

I had looked into doing the installation of the UM plugin with a multilanguage website but I thought I had done the installation correctly.

I also tried installing the “polylang-compatible-ultimate-member” plugin. Plugin works the same as the other one with the permalink having issues.

Another (related?) issue is that when refreshing a permalink that does work also gives a error.

e.g: refreshing /account/privacy also gives a 404 page

Hello Aswin,

I did this & even changed some of the permalinks as a test but this did not resolve the issue.

I now see that my Polylang/multilingual site might be the reason for the issue. I will try to reinstall the special plugin and come back with feedback
