If you had a way to reach support that wasn’t so cumbersome for larger organizations, I would. A simple email address would work.
Easier said than done, as we’re a large organization with multiple users, and trying to muddle through the Envato Marketplace to “verify” the purchase takes forever. That’s how/where we had to go digging for the latest update file this time and last time – spending hours of multiple employees’ time.
