what is the situation with this feature? You’ve said “The pro edition will have that via ajax. I’ve already written it.” I couldn’t find any pro edition for this plugin.

i’m having the same problem. I’ve created a page http://www.mysite.com/unsubscribe and put that URL in confirmation page URL textbox, exactly just i wrote it. (without htttp….)
I sent a test email to a test account, which was successful. But when i click unsubscribe, nothing happens.
